Interbook functions

Interbook is module based, which makes it easy to build a system individually adapted to the specific needs of your community. Interbook makes all booking administration easy to master and efficient work with. Below we present the functions that help you build your Interbook according to your specific needs. The administrative base-module
The base-module (Booking) enables various alternatives for bookings; single-, schedule-, every other week- and on daily basis. It presents overviews, customer-registers, user information, bookings and facilities statistics etc.

Bookings
There are no limitations of the number of facilities, objects that can be managed. Depending on how you choose to adjust the system, the bookings can be done on minute-level and as far off into the future as you decide. The time-span is set individually for each bookable object.

Invoicing
To simplify the invoicing administration regarding bookings a file transfer function integrated to the financial accounting system. The file transferring means, amongst other things, that the revenue sources for all reservations in the booking system is transferred to the accounting system where the actual invoicing is executed.

Statistics
To carry out follow-ups of customers and bookings there are large amounts of data collected in the database. This data can be used for generating statistics and is presented according to your preferences.

Reports
We use Microsoft Access and Word for print-outs. This means that all customers have the possibility to adjust the layout of the print-outs according to their own needs and demands. There are approx. 50 basic print-outs available e.g. register for associations and subsidy confirmations.
