Argentum has now made the REACH Candidate List available to all Chemsoft users. The list is used in Chemsoft to automaticly identify any products containing any substances on the Candidate List.

The initial version of the Candidate List contains 15 substances and the use of any of the substances on the list generates immediate new legal obligations for the communication in the supply chain. The substances will also most probably require authorisation under REACH. It is therefore crucial to know if any of the substances are used within the company.
