Description: The measuring tools used for routine controls at medical clinics have been connected to Bluetooth and thereby become wireless. The patient herself will monitor her levels at home and the information will be transmitted wireless from measuring tool to access point to network and then over e.g. internet connection to the hospital’s observation central.

The patient’s own page with her levels are filed confidentially in the hospital’s intranet and supervised by the medical personnel.
